EPL Properties Ltd is a subsidiary of the Eastern Credit Union Cooperative Society. Founded in 2002, this company is a multifaceted organization, with two major retail providers of venue rentals and health and fitness. The Venue Rental arm hosts an Auditorium with a capacity of 320 persons, the Main Hall and Poolside can host approximately 600 persons, and several meeting and conference rooms, in addition to an outdoor Gazebo area, perfect of birthday parties, movie nights and the like.
The Sporting Complex hosts a gym, rubber floored gymnasium, perfect for contact sports, dance and a 6-lane swimming pool. These services do not end here, utility rentals, event planning services and more are offered.
