Your Medicard Account and Content

You are responsible for all charges and fees related to your account with Medicard and all activities undertaken through your account. You should take all steps necessary to safeguard your access to your Medicard account and use of the Medicard services including taking measures to protect your login and password information. Any activities conducted using your Medicard account shall be deemed a legitimate request from you to whom Medicard account is registered.

Disclaimer

The materials on Medicard Limited’s web site are provided “as is”. We makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. **Your billing information is collected and handled by a third party credit card processor (First Atlantic Commerce) and is protected by their own security procedures.

  • Make customer enquiries, register for information or other services;

In the event of such activities Medicard Limited will not be held responsible for any loss, damage or misuse of your personal data as we have stated here in this privacy policy; “we cannot warrant the safety of data transactions made by or on this website or by affiliated companies and other involved third parties or service providers and you do so at your own risk”. PLEASE READ OUR TERMS OF USE AND REFUND POLICY CAREFULLY BEFORE PURCHASING OR ORDERING FROM MEDICARDLIMITED.COm. PURCHASING OR ORDERING OUR PRODUCT(S) AND/OR SERVICE(S) CONSTITUTES YOUR APPROVAL AND AGREEMENT TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS STATED below.

All payments made to Medicard Limited are final. Medicard Limited is a Trinidad and Tobago Discount Card that cannot be returned or refunded once the card has been printed. We reserve the right to issue a partial or full refund on a case by case basis at our sole discretion.

We may provide a replacement, partial or full refund for any reason deemed appropriate by Medicard including but not limited to:

  • Misspelt or improper name printed on card
  • Incorrect expiration date printed on card
  • Failure to receive product after it has been shipped
  • Product(s) arriving damaged

To be entitled for a return or refund, you must contact Medicard Limited immediately upon product receipt. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Proof of purchase must be provided upon request by Medicard Limited.

Damaged or lost card(s) can be replaced at any time during your membership term for a fee of $50.00 plus VAT.

Once your refund request is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you’re refund request is approved but your haven’t received the funds yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@medicardlimited.com

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping & Processing Fees

Any shipping and/or processing fees and/or surcharges will not be refunded under any circumstance. All related costs including but not limited to postage fees, currency conversion charges, transfer fees and transaction charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, these costs will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Shipping Fees / Delivery Terms:

  • Next day delivery – TT$35.00 / US$5.15 (Takes 1 to 2 working days)
  • Pick up at the Office – Free (Same Day or 1 working day for processing)
  • TT Post Delivery / Regular Mail – Free (5 – 10 workings)

Note: Please contact Medicard Limited if you have not received your discount card within the allotted timeframe if it is being shipped to you.

Client Related Services

Any shipping and/or processing fees and/or surcharges will not be refunded under any circumstance.
