  1. Your Medicard Account and Content

You are responsible for all charges and fees related to your account with Medicard and all activities undertaken through your account. You should take all steps necessary to safeguard your access to your Medicard account and use of the Medicard services including taking measures to protect your login and password information. Any activities conducted using your Medicard account shall be deemed a legitimate request from you to whom Medicard account is registered.
